CAN ANYONE GIVE ME TIPS FOR BODYBUILDING?

I am fifteen years as well as 3 months old.I proposed bodybuilding when we was 14.5.After the viral dieases as well as Maleria togather for dual months my muscles got as well diseased which they could frequency move.After which we proposed bodybuilding again as well as after couple of months we found which my tallness wasn’t growing.I had 12.5 inches biceps.I stopped weight-lifting.Then my biceps became smaller.
I am 5′6.5 high, waist twenty-six inches as well as biceps 10.5 inches.I do about thirty pull-ups as well as bicep-arm-curl along with benchpress( we do both of them with the small weight) .I eat really full of health food too.But which isnt assisting me to get vast biceps.
I am as well spare as well as have as well small fat.Can any one indicate me what to do?

Your working out sounds good, but what exactly do you eat? Be sure to include Fat Free Cottage cheese, lean chicken and turkey, oysters, brussel sprouts, broccoli, garlic, eggs, lean beef, beans, and cabbage into your diet.
