For those of you who similar to bodybuilding a ordinarily well known which you need 6 dishes per day to keep a physique full of a compulsory nutrients . My subject is if there is something wrong with combing proteins from opposite sources, for e.g. eating a TUNA sandwich with a little CHEESE in it . Will a opposite amino acids terminate any alternative or anything downgrading a protein money coming in ? Excuse me for my English, we goal I’ve been transparent
