IS IT NORMAL TO BENCH 450 LBS AFTER BODYBUILDING FOR 1 YEAR?

One man during my gym i worked out with him final thursday speckled him upon 450 bench.He pronounced he has been bodybuilding for 1 year as well as all natural.He is not which large kinda small.May be similar to 220lbs during 5.9 or something similar to that.19 in. arms might be.Ya whatever.Back to my question.Is it probable to dais which most in 1 year.

How does the single proceed bodybuilding, of course as against to with chemicals ? I’d similar to to make an effort to the demeanour of Charles Atlas, the old-timers, as against to complicated Arnie-types! we only wish to be really full of health though to have the built physique with it .
